We are offering a new Private Intimate Dining experience at The Fox and the Grapes...enjoy one of life's simple but elegant pleasures of being served your very own customized planned dinner for 2-10 people by candelight in our private dining rooms or on the deck (seasonal).

Book the dinner with The Fox and the Grapes (based on availability). Then, guests contact the chef directly by going to his website www.mftlimited.com/tableand click on "recent menus" for their menu selections. Pick from menus for your choice of up to a 3-5 course meal for advanced bookings or 24 hour notice menus. Prefer the minimum served of 2 people, but, will plan and serve up to 10 people. We just want to keep giving to those that have graced us with their patronage this past year. And, as always, we have a million things to be thankful for this holiday season. You always say that we must meet some incredible people. And, I reply, really, I am so blessed to see old friends revisit and meet new people everyday - with visitors from every state in our beautiful country - like Jim & Jean Bragg and countless others, and from over 40 countries - for example Daniel Lee & Elaine Soh family from Singapore. Thank you for visiting us and getting to know and service you - it is an honor and pleasure.

Now, if anyone wants to participate in our 2012 Best Story Contest and 2012 Best Photo Contest, please submit them by December 31, 2012. Even if some of you (i.e.: Nicole Patten and Zahra Karimi) had submitted photo's via their web sites, but are no longer accessible, please resubmit an email attachment asap. Romantic Getaway in the Finger Lakes Wine Country

The air is crisp, the skies are blue with patches of clouds, while snow flakes trickle down from the sky, gently and quietly covering the trees branches and trunks, softly landing and making a snow blanket to keep the ground warm.
This is the time of year we take things a little slower, recuperate from enjoying all the pleasures of being outside during warmer months. But, here at The Fox and the Grapes, we stay open year round. Even in January, we kick off the New Year with offering our 50% off Romantic Getaway - if you stay 2 or more nights. Coming us this month, there are several events and more giveaways going on.

Seneca Lake Wine Trail Pasta & Wine event January 13th-15th - happy to explore your favorite wineries and pasta, and getaway to our warm and comfy abode.
Glenora Wine Cellars, Veraisons Restaurant Celebrity Pasta Night, Thursday January 19th - where you get to watch locals prepare meals and the proceeds go to good causes.
